How Does it Work?
Initial Consultation
Your initial consultation will be with our nurse practitioner to go over your goals and perform initial blood work.
Medication
Our clinic mainly offers weekly semaglutide or Mounjaro(Tirzepatide) injections to help speed up the weight loss process.
Meal Planning
Your practitioner will walk you through recommendations for the diet portion of the program.
What is semaglutide?
For those in the Metabolic Reset Program, injectable semaglutide is a glucagon like peptide 1 receptor agonist (GLP-1) that is used primarily in the treatment of type 2 diabetes.

However, it is well studied and FDA approved for use in weight loss. This medication mimics the hormone in your body that tells you that you are full. This suppresses your appetite, makes you feel full, and decreases hunger sensations. It also delays gastric emptying. This means that what you eat stays in your stomach for a longer period of time.
What is Mounjaro
(Tirzepatide)?
Tirzepatide, sold under the brand name Mounjaro, is an antidiabetic medication used for the treatment of type 2 diabetes. Tirzepatide is administered once weekly through subcutaneous injection and is used for weight loss.
Tirzepatide mimics two hormones naturally found in the body and after eating, the hormones stimulate the release of insulin, which helps reduce blood sugar. It also reduces the time for the stomach to empty its contents, suppressing appetite. It can be taken at any time of the day and is injected into a fatty part of the skin, such as the stomach, thigh or back of the arm.
